Here is a closer look at how our signature wooden-brim caps come together. Every single cap is thoughtfully handcrafted using only the highest quality materials and built with meticulous attention to the smallest detail. From the premium, breathable, cotton fabric of the crown to the hand-finished natural wood brim, we combine modern street style with organic craftsmanship.

SIZING & FIT

THE PROCESS

Every snapback begins with premium cotton panels that are carefully stitched into shape before moving to our state-of-the-art embroidery machines. Using precision-guided technology, thousands of tightly packed stitches are layered to create a bold 3D raised logo with exceptional depth, texture and durability.

Using precision laser engraving technology, we carefully engrave each wooden brim with our original artwork. The laser gently burns wood surface, creating rich, permanent designs that highlight the natural grain. No two brims are ever exactly alike, making every cap subtly unique.

Every wooden brim is individually fitted. Each brim receives a double coat of protective, water-resistant varnish. Every detail is checked and every cap undergoes a strict quality inspection before it leaves our workshop. This ensures the perfect balance of durability, craftsmanship and a premium finish.

Every cap is carefully prepared for its journey to you. After passing our final quality inspection, it is placed into a premium magnetic box. Each order is then securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition, ready to wear or gift.

Our Caps are made to order. Every single cap is crafted specifically for you after you place the order. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for us to craft and ship your piece.

PREVIEW BEFORE SHIPPING

Because nature never repeats itself, no two pieces of wood share the same grain, texture or hardness. Due to these natural variations, custom engravings may differ slightly in tone from piece to piece. We want you to love what you wear. Before we pack and send you your cap, we can send you a preview photos of the finished product. If you won't be completely happy with the final look, we'll refund your money - no questions asked. After you put your order, send us a photo request through the form on the Contact page.

IMPORTANT NOTE ON BRIM CARE

Unlike traditional caps with flexible cardboard or plastic visors, our wooden brims are permanently set into their pre-bent shape during manufacturing. The shape is permanent and will not change over time. It cannot be straightened or bent further.

Handle with care: Do not attempt to bend, flatten or alter the shape of the brim. Applying pressure to reshape the wood could cause permanent damage or breakage to the cap.
